For returns

Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered.
Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached. Any products purchased in a set, must be returned as a set. Partial Returns of a set cannot be processed.
If the products that are received back by us are in non-original condition, or not following the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by the company for 14 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay Rs. 200 for return shipping back to you within 14 days from the date of notification.
Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for certain items including:

Rackets with String/Grip customization

Socks

Wrist Bands

Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)

Grips

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

Refund in case of replacement of your first order
For i.e you have ordered something which you did not like and you returned it.We sent a replacement of it to you on your request of a product you liked and you did not like that too.In this case the return will be taken but the amount refunded will be refunded after deducting the delivery and return cost of the second parcel.

In case of any discrepancy

In case of any discrepancy related to parcel, order, items in the parcel , we require a proper unboxing video of the package.Without a proper unboxing video no claim will be considered and will be rejected straight away.
If a proper unboxing video is sent then the claim will be accepted and the matter will be inspected and resolved within a week’s time.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at support@carltonsports.in or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped.
If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us
