Payments, uses RazorPay as it's payment gateway. Through RazorPay we are able to accept :

We also accept Cash-On-Delivery through our delivery partner Shiprocket. For refunds made on cash-on-delivery orders, bank account details will need to be provided to be able to provide a bank-transfer refund.


What should one do if payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry and make sure that the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. your account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection was stable during the process. 

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 working days. For any further clarification, you can email us or Whatsapp us.
